High School Indoor is based on gender and each gender is divided into two divisions.  The A league for each gender is geared for vasirty players or higher level club teams.  The B league for each gender is geared for JV players or younger / lower level club teams.  For each league there are not age restrictions, but generally our younger players / teams play in the B league.
